But putting your career on hold for several months so you can attend school somewhere out of town doesn’t work for you. You have bills to pay, and you know it doesn’t make sense to pause a career you’re already building.

ICBA has the solution for you – our 14-week Painter and Decorator Red Seal Challenge program. In our program, you keep on working and living in your community, doing your Red Seal program work after hours, when it’s convenient for you.

We cover content for levels 1, 2 and 3, featuring engaging online learning opportunities which include programs you can work through in your own time at a pace that works for you, as well as forum discussions, live online classes with an experienced instructor and video demonstrations of key tools and techniques covered in the program. We’ll get you ready to challenge the Red Seal exam, and help you every step of the way.

This program is designed for experienced Painter and Decorators who have at least 4 years of experience in the trade and are looking to pursue the challenge pathway to become Red Seal certified.
